1. An Established SOP to follow
The Established SOP outlines the steps that you and your staff need to take in order to ensure the safety of your customers and their vehicle. It also presents the approved products to be used along with their corresponding part numbers and product information.
2. Train your staff
Educate your staff on how you are keeping your customers and their cars safe. Your front office staff is the first point of contact for walk-in customers. They must be able to clearly explain how your shop is handling COVID-19. Front office staff should have your SOP printed (with your shop name and address on it), and have it ready for hand out. Your Production staff should follow your SOP and the Detailer should be trained on how to spray the final G200 sanitization material. All of these will assure customers that your staff are well-prepared for the job.
3. Sanitizing video on your website
Your website speaks to customers who prefer online visits to in person visits. This sanitizing video was created to show customers the procedure that they can expect when the bring their car into your shop.
Having this video on your website allows the customer to visualize their experience and reassures them that your shop is taking the necessary precautions and following regulations.

3. Customized handout
